Greg Olson responding to question why do you do what you do

Business coaching is part of what I do because I believe we all have the potential to do better, as individuals, organizations, and communities. But, I also believe that sometimes we need a little help.  I provide that help through business coaching and high impact strategy and design projects run through my boutique agency, Delightability, LLC., where we believe if you delight customers, success will follow. Our strategy and design services empower clients to deliver more remarkable experiences, tell better stories, and build community. In short, to make a bigger impact by building a brand that is relevant and has staying power in an unforgiving marketplace  See a Sampling of our Work.

The image to the left is a photo taken of me at an event where I was asked, “Why Do You Do What You Do?”  This is part of the WDYDWYD project which is the acronym for the same question. My answer is, “Because we all have the Potential to Do Better.”

The business coaching I provide revolves around helping you to deliver more remarkable experiences, tell better stories, and build community.  I can help in fundamentals for those new to their venture or I can provide an outside perspective to Executive Directors, CEOs, and passionate entrepreneurs by any title.  As the author of The Experience Design Blueprint, I bring many unique views to help you design more remarkable experiences for all of your stakeholders, no matter what your official title or role. I can also help you improve your innovation culture so that your great ideas can take flight in the real world. These are the subjects of my book. Chock full of 56 recipes, 78 images, and 25 examples, the book is sure to help you envision new possibilities and give you increased confidence to pursue them. On your own with the book, or with me as a coach serving as your guide and accountability partner, there isn’t any reason to not live up to your potential.
